The answer to this depends on your goals. While one session alone can be transformative, I usually recommend a minimum of six sessions for you to experience a sustainable shift.

I use muscle testing to answer this question in each session. Sessions can be as frequent as every week or stretched out over a few months. It depends on the individual.
Yes, online sessions are available via zoom or phone and can be booked online as a Distance Healing consultation.
